12 days ago i have submited my KYC they told with in 48 hours will get response, after 4 days no reponse again i called again told with in 48 hours they will update and response.. again i called after 4 days.. again same repeats.. now today again i called getting bleddy same stuppid excuses?
They even charge fee for selling charges however i never received money from customer or from ebay they charged me, when i ask giving stuppid excuses again.. and when i ask repeatly they telling like that is diffrent department not related to us.
Even customer support department never ready to listen our query they only talk like autorobots..
Any one give suggest whether ebay company like this only ?
