I bought a cell phone cover in ebay the size of the cover is larger than the phone so I can't able to use that cover if I turn upwards down mobile fall from cover so I raised a claim but my claim was rejected because size is nat a major issue. It's not an underwear or pant to adjust a large size. I contact more than 15 times to ebay customer care all are saying we ll forward to concern team wait for 72 hours. Lot of 72 hours gone nothing improvement in status. So I lost my hope of refund from eBay side. This is my last purchase in ebay. Here after I won't also I share my experience to my friends in wtsapp groups..
