I bought a data dongle with description stating that it will work with 2g/3G/4g of all operators. After buying I realise that the dongle is faulty and doesn't work on 3G. Seller has refused to take back. eBay wants me to visit service centre and get certificate. Service centre says the product is tampered thus no service can be provided. eBay call centre rejects claim stating no help that can be provided and abruptly close and reject refund case.
eBay is hand in gloves with cheats to sell counterfeit, used and tampered products.
