Hi,

I had purchased an item from spicecomnet (NEW DURABLE SCREEN PROTECTOR SONY ERICSSON K800i K790i (160037689254) on 13th October and paid for the item on 20th October 2006. However the seller had opened a payment not received dispute. On contacting him via ebay messages and providing him the payment details, he had responded saying that he will check his bank account and then close the dispute. However, now he is no longer a registered user on ebay and the payment not received dispute is still left open. What can I do to get the dispute closed and also need the contact information of the seller to recover the money / item that I had paid for. Since the seller is no longer registered on ebay, I am unable to view his contact information. Request help from ebay officials.

the same has happend with me also. but the seller is different, pcellempire. and the item is SCRATCH/DUST PROOF IMATE PDA PDA2K SCREEN PROTECTOR, item number 250040624459. i had paid through paisapay id : 18138167527 on the same day of purchase, that is on 25th october.
now the user is no longer registered in ebay. i had filed a item not recieved dispute but i'm unable to give a negative feedback.
please tell me what are the futher proceedings i'm supposed to take.

Hi! I've also gone through the same experience, purchased a necklace from a buyer but later found that he was not a registered member anymore. I fought the case through Dispute console. The matter was resolved in a month and I received my item.
