I sent an item 2nd class post to Portugal. Man said it hadnt arrived after 6 days. Post office here said give it a few more days. He was unreasonable, refused to wait and within hours he had lodged a complaint with Ebay. Obviously I lost, had to refund in full. he kept signing under his name 'police officer'. I am sure he wasnt. Had asked me to deal outside Ebay, I refused. He now has all his money and obviously when the item arrives he has that as well. Without him having to sign for the item I have no chance.
