Ebay sellers sell all imported electronic items as brand new, but recently when I bought laptop from chennau seller I found that the laptop was purchased in usa as refurbished unit by the ebay seller. This kinformation came to light when I contacted HP laptop company. When I asked the ebay seller why he sent me refurbished item as brand new item, he first said why I contacted HP company. He asked me to return the laptop on my cost and after receiving laptop. When I asked ebay for guaranteeing refund, they said I cannot claim under their paisapay syste. I suspected the seller even will not refund the money. So I kept the item with me. All members note all the electrnoic goods on ebay ard REFURBISHED ONLY.
