How we can remove the negative feedback of a customer for late Delivery of Article ?

Hi All,

 

Can someone guide me how we can remove the negative feedback given by customer if he has got the product after the due date. 

 

We got the order on 11th August and dispatch date was on or before 14th and delivery date was mentioned as 19th August. 

 

How ebay can expect to deliver the product in interior of orrisa in just 3 days. Still we have delivered the product on 22nd but ebay customer care person "Naresh" so called customer care head has denied to remove the feedback because as per him we have to deliver the product within timelines only. When asked how to deliver the goods in time then he said we dont know but as a seller you need to deliver the product in time. 

 

 

Can someone tell me how product can be delivered to such a place in 3 working days.

We had opted for air service but this place doesnt have airport and nearest airport is Bhubneshwar so how ebay can expect this to be delivered in 3 working days.
