I purchased iphone4 from ebay on 14 Apr 15 and my detail for paisapay ID-39050627890. Suddenly phone has stopped working and showing only apple sign on screen.On 04 Aug 15 i approached authorized dealer of apple in Visakhapatnam and he found that iphone delivered to me is not as per specification and IMEI number mentioned on the slot is not matching with the phone and number mentioned on box and also authorized center of apple informed that we can not repair the phone on payment basis also because it does not match with detail available on net.
Pls give me solution the to resolve the problem .As i already spoken with your rep Mr.Sajal K Biswas and he tells that wait for reply from ebay but till now nobody from ebay has answered to my emailAnil Kumar
