worst customer care ever

I have a very simple issue regarsing multiple quantities on ebay. Just needed some clarification and all that customer representative did is keep transferring the call to different dept. And every dept. asked my problem once then asked my user id then again asked me to explain my issue again. And that doesn't end there, each of the representative kept me on hold for like 10 mins before they transferred my call to some other dept. And the last representative just kept me on call for 10 mins and then disconnected my call. I have a ebay store and won't recommend ebay yo anyone for such bad support.
