I was issued a cuopon for Rs 800/ by ebay guarantee for a particular item which did not match my purchase.I had purchased an item worth Rs115/ from the cuopon received by me, subsequently i ordered another item for the balance value in the cuopon, but to my surprise the cupon was not accepted. I spoke to the customer service who informed that i have to make multiple purchase at a time and the cuopon can be used only one time. I was not informed nor any information is there about this. the customer support go on repeating the same.The customer should know about this it is like the customer is being cheated. Inform the customer previsouly about the cuopon , and how to you use it let the customer be cheated and made a fool like me.
