we are fed up by the pasie pay team chargeback every time the date of issue of our cheque they just put a charge back by some negrian customer than we have to deposite the pod after that they reverse the payment from the passed 3 weeks this is happening every time the date of issue of cheque we see one or two charge back either you do one thing do not allow negria person to pay through credit card...and if you found that he pay through credit card reverse the payment at once after date of purchase within 2 days...y you make us tu suffer all item is going on credit from the passed 3 weeks...that is bad for a seller...or also make him suffer not to get the any single money from ebay...but see the increase size of ebay fees...do take action on my query

Hi,

Some of the users do make the game of purchases and do charge back after he / she gets the product.

So please preserve all your PODs for a minimum of 6 Months.

Normally eBay will check all the PaisaPay transactions of Rs.2000/- which are paid through credit card.

Hope eBay will take care about this issue. ---------------

I am really surprised that a Seller gets frustrated with few charge backs because of the work involved in submitting the POD's and then co-ordinating with the Paisapay Team......what about the Paisapay Team who must be involved in the workload of thousands of chargebacks.

there is no issue for preserving the POD and show it to ebay...but indconcepts when you did not get the cheque by 3 weeks you will react the same...every last day when ebay pasie pay tema deduct your balance with chargeback and put your balance in Minus...than you will going to reacted more than we do...we are suggesting manily charge back happen because of negria fraud user...whenever negria pay for that item kindly reverse the payment at once

We appreciate you concern. To answer the first concern

Chargeback occurs when the card holder disputed the payment with his issuing bank. On receiving such complaint from the card-holder, the card issuing bank credits the card holder and recovers the amount from PaisaPay. This process takes couple of months & some times even more as per the rules set by Mast/Visa.

We have an internal system of verifying payments, but in certain cases we do receive chargebacks. And the amount gets deducted from sellers PaisaPay Account & once the POD copy is provided to us the amount is credited back to the PaisaPay Account.
