ebay Free gift for summer promotion not received even after 6 months

I still haven't got gift "Kodak CD44 Camera" for summer promotion.

On 24-09-2011 I had got an email from ebay "Promotional Gift returned back to us: Please update your address".

As per it I gave my updated address and it was told that within 15 days the gift will be dispatched. But even after 2 months no gift.

Paisapay id: 28836252459 on 29-04-2011.

Promotion code HOTDEALZ08.

I need it as soon as possible.

Why no reply to my complaint?

It has been 8 months since I made the transaction. Every time I get reply that my gift will be send soon. But for the last 2 months no reply from ebay.

Contacted ebay atleast 50 times by chat, email, phone and complaint forum in the last 8 months. Till now no solution.

So far I understand that you have received your item but did not received your gift. If your item got delivered that means your address was correct. Then why the gift got returned.

Why no reply and no gift?

I tried sending many emails, but no reply. Whenever I chat with an agent he stops responding and hangs up.

Also no reply here too.

Please tell me when will I receive my item?
