Dear ebay team,
I purchased a camera from ebay.
Condition was written in website as : New: A brand-new, unused and undamaged item.
While from the picture I sent, it is very clear that it was very old stock. box was in very bad condition, even seal was almost broken.
Product description was written in website as : Box Only No Free Gifts
Over box it was clearly mentioned that, this box also includes 4GB SD Card and Camera pouch.
Which I didn't receive. So, clearly I didn't receive the box items in complete.
The claim settlement officer argued that you'll not get everything what is written over the box. How this kind of one sided statement can be made?
It is not written anywhere that 4GB card and camera pouch is freebie. From the box it was very clear that it should be the integral part of the box.
So, I request you to please do the justice by asking the seller to provide the things which are written over the box.
