eBay Guarantee* claim - 631068 has been resolved

Since I have received broken piece I have raised a guarantee claim.

I have received two SMSes that guarantee claim has been raised and resolved. 

Even I have sent a mail as a revert to call me on my mobile number.

But when I checkd mail it was rejected saying i haven't furnished any proof. 

Even I sent a mail to 'ebay@ebay.com' but no reverts yet.

you have not sent the product back to seller then it will automatically rejects and you will receive a mail as rejected and you have not given any proof of bill / courier receipt to ebay then it will rejects.

Now, you cann't do anything for this. better luck next time.

Ok.. Do you buy a damaged item bring it to your home knowingly. And then again go and give the piece in service center saying to service it.

Btw I have already informed shop keeper to send a replacement and also the item can be collected.  I think its not fair for a customer to pay penalty for receiving a damaged piece.
