eBay Free Gift not received

Dear Ebay,

I purchased Brand New Factory unlocked Apple Iphone 4S (Item # 271011573881 & PaisaPay ID 31705713158)
worth 41,990 INR, on ebay and applied the coupon code "YOBUDDY015", for free gift (friendship day- eBay gift voucher) that is a Canon A2200 Camera.

But, so far I didn't receive the gift and didn't have any update from Ebay on this.

Please note that I have called/mail also i send and no responses, your phone lines are always busy or continuously engaged. Can you please look into and update on this?
