worst shopping experience on ebay this is regarding claim id 287065 for sanjeev kapor griler.
received broken item and now chasing ebay gurantee from last 1 month.
no response from ebay's side since last 20 days and one day they send a mail that you have to reship the item back in 3 days otherwise we'll close the claim.
i am outsattion due to some official work .how can i send back in 3 days?
tried discussing same with gurantee put my cal on hold almost for 45 min its been 3 days for same but no one picks call in ebay gurantee.
i think they just making fun out of people money.
written in mail that they will refund amount via coupons and i have to again purchase something within next 1 month.
How can i take risk of purchasing agin from ebay?
worst site ever.
will raise voice in consumer forum for same since there is no one in ebay to look up for consumer grievance.
