First of all recieved wrong product.
Then cant leave feedback for seller ( because the seller's listing has ended - my fault ? )
Third after raising a claim ...I was promised that if i cancelled the claim , i would get a coupon of same value + 10% amount of the purchase amount.
Its been more than 10 days and i have not received any response from ebay. have contacted Ebay thrice in last one week , but had the worst customer experience .
Seems no one bothers in Ebay.
Is this how you treat your customer ?
Is this how expect me to recommend EBAY to my friends and relatives ?
