Zero buyer protection

I have to say now after this much purchases that eBay is providing very very poor buyer care.I bought a belt pouch for my Nokia E7.But it dint fit my mobile.I contact the seller for return for which he would not respond at all.In the mean time i get a call from the eBay executive and he provides me with a address to return the product.I have spent 75Rs on it to ship it back to the address given by executive.Worst scene is the product gets returned to me saying the address is not available and mobile never attended.In the meantime i got a mail from the executive that i did not submit the Proof of Delivery.
So finally what I am left with,

1.A worst product which i do not need
2.75Rs shipping charge for a wrong address given by the eBay executive
3.No reply thereafter from eBay customer care executive.
4.Very worst service from eBay overall.
