Sorry to hear that!
Even I had a worst customer service experience from ebay. We won't here any response from ebay for any query even after 72 hours after sending email.
Moreover, Chat support person (Soumya R) is so
un-rofessional that She did not even bother to provide proper response and abruptly ended the Chat conversation.
Being loyal to Ebay for last 4 years is not worth I think. I'm considering to move out of this and start buying/selling from some other online shops hence forth
