Ebay is untrustable shopping.
I order an item worth of Rs.750 and it was shipped to me and by mistake the courier return the item back to the seller. this happened in 20 days since I order. I contacted seller couple of times and no proper response and then I contacted ebay. they avoided just like that saying that its out of claim period. I bought almost 5 items. Im not satisfied on none of the order. Pleas never ever trust this and do not take any risk. Ebay doesn't care about others money.

In eBay you have many options to raise refund. But if you not do it within the timeframe then I don't think so that its eBay's mistake. Its your complete responsibility to keep a track of your order till delivery. If incase you find any issue you have to contact to eBay or to seller.

Its only solution to avoid such issues.
