I had purchased a mobile from Ebay last month. Since I purchased the same I have been facing problem . At the time of receiving the parcel - I did not received the Mobile battery along with the Handset. After which I, logged in the complaint online and received the battery after 4 days. Phone did not worked properly and Charger stopped working on the Day 1 .
Trying to get in touch with EBAY customer care no. and only getting assurance’s that my query will be attended within next 72 or 48 Hrs, but till date NO response from their End. Had spoken with Different people ( e.g- Tarun / Akshay Walia / Mahindra Kumar ) from Ebay Customer on 31st July / 5th August and today )
I personally don’t recommend anyone to purchase online from EBAY..... They are least bothered about the Feedback as they had already sold their product and taken Money for it !!!!!
Waste of buying from ebay. no single response or update for claim,i have called several times for my refund no use at all, worst service
