The customer feedback site is designed like a full 10 min Q&A, clearly no one at ebay has ever bothered to look at it. Typical of all that is wrong with these guys. Very poor and should never bother to order from here. I paid up in full, never got my order or any feedback. Ebay should consider management 101 - benchmarking...ever visited flipkart or amazon??
