I have purchased Sony home theatre worth Rs 26,500 on 22 Aug 2015 and I haven't receive the product yet and i claimed for refund under eBay guarantee but till now i didnt get the refund more than 45 days after lodging claim. I ever come across such worst response from customer service of eBay. Whenever i call they used to tell we arranged for call back but i never get any call. Daily my duty is to call to eBay different people will give different solution no use. Team leader also very worst, anupam & akash they promised me that we will solve the issue as my own issue but all are just tellers. I don't know what the bull **bleep** claim dept is doing can't they work for single day wat they are pulling for more than 45 days without solving my issue. They promised once again that today i will get call if not happen definitely I will go and complaint against eBay guarantee **bleep**ers.
