Worst Service By Ebay

Hi,

 

I purchased(Paisapay ID:-37597437825) a laptop on October 12th for RS 40714 and the product was not delivered yet to me and i raised a eBay Guarantee claim(Claim ID:-713066) on October 26th and till date i haven't received any updates from your team. Whenever i call your customer care team to get an update on the claim status i get the answer that i will get an update within 24-48 hours, the same answer is been answered by your team for the past 2 weeks. Without getting the product i am paying interest fee for the credit card payment. This incident clearly shows the poor service of your team. You just want the payments to be done on right time but you don't care about the customers concerns and claims.

 

I would like you to get the issue resolved at the earliest by sending the laptop in another 2-3 days or i want my money to be refunded.
