I AM RAMESH M...I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF EBAY . TODAY A FEW MINUTES BACK WHEN I TRIED TO BUY AN ITEM
FROM " ***" A SELLER FROM INDIA, I USED MY net banking OPTION AND TRANSACTED WITH EBAY.BUT AFTER I LOGGED ON AND TRANSFERRED THE MONEY ( RS 2610 ) TO EBAY AND AFTER IT SHOWED THAT THE PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL in bak site, I AND WHEN IT AUTOMATICALLY RETURNED TO EBAY PAGE IT SHOWED THE MESSAGE
" Your PaisaPay online bank transfer cannot be completed.."
AND NOW I GET A MESSAGE FROM BANK(SBI) THAT MONEY WAS CUT FROM THE ACCOUNT AND PAID TO ebay (Ref NO: *** transfer to *** ). BUT MY TRANSACTION WAS NOT COMPLETE. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. WHEN CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK???
PLEASE HELP ME I AM VERY MUCH WORRIED ABOUT THE MONEY LOST RIGHT NOW AS IT IS A HUGE AMOUNT....PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER WITH UTMOST SERIOUSNESS AND TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
