First of all happy new year to you.May god fulfill
your all wishes by this year.Well i would like to
share one of the pathetic experience with you about
ebay dealer 24X7_bazar.Well i was the user of ebay
since 1-april-2006.But this is the fist time when i
got one of the pathetic experience with ebay.It is
hard to beleive that someone can cheat you so easily
with tricks and gaming.Well i bought one sony cyber
shot 2GB memory card from 24X7_bazar Rs 1900 through
ebay on 28-nov-06.Well i received the
item(330055051409) from seller on time no issue.But
there was some technical issue with that memory
card.So i requested to the dealer to replace and he
never mentioned either on the website nor in the email
that it can only replaced in within 4 to 5 days.So i
decided to send the memory card back now the game
started.first he told me that he is going to send this
card by next day of receiving.then he said that it is
not posible to replace the memory card because i sent
back the memory card after 15 days which is not
mentioned at all on the website of this item
no:330055051409.So then he said to me pay 50% extra
money so he can send the new card.I refused to pay
that money so after one week he told me that he is
going to send me the new card.So i was waiting for
that and guess what happened this time.The memory card
which i got was broken not because of the shippment
but due to intentionaly sent by the seller.this is
what happened to me i requested him so many time to
give his phone no so i can talk to him but he never
gave me his phone no.but luckily i have that person
name and mobile no with me.Well i think its a long
story but the best part is this that dealer is saying
that people are fool buying product from ebay.if you
want you can see in the attachment.And also he said
negative feedback does not make any difference on
ebay.So sapna after this long story what you think
will you grow in your bussiness with these kind of
dealer who actually dont understand ebay policies.Well
i do agree that i used the abusive language over the
chat because he was not responding.So i have decided
to open the war against this dealer.i have legal
notice issued by Delhi high court to take action
against this activity.And i would request you to cease
his account immidiatelly.And i would like to know
whether i would send this legal notice to ebay to
resolve this issue of to the seller.and please sapna
if you can do something for me than it would be great.

Sorry to say cant do any of the two which you said.
And the feedbacks now doesnt bother me cause people
are just fools out here. They dont understand whats
the matter just give a -feedback. You can see so many
