Team,
I recieved the defective product as its keyboard doesnt work (Order : 191605396876) and it has been 10 days since I have raised the request for the replacement / refund and I kept on getting a message that someone will contact me but no has contacted me since last 10 days now.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with ebay. Please get in touch with me in next 2 days and update me the status of refund otherwise I will post this feedback on every consumer forum and sharing my bad experience with ebay.
