claim id 2241060 ..didnt recvd the idem nor the refund ,ebay rejected the claim by mistake as per they told me ,now opening request was put an long time ago ,daily contacting them but nobody listening just giving time to wait for 24-48 hrs ,till now didnt recvd any call nor refund ,wat should i do to whom i contact
