I had purchased a new Asus Router thru Ebay GEB, which I received on 22 June 2016. What I received was a used item in open package. I immediately mailed the seller with pictures and details, but no action was taken. Then I raised a claim with Ebay Claim 2117940 on 1 July 2016. Ebay called up finally on 18th July 2016 Saying they were arranging a pickup on 19th afternoon. Since I was travelling out on 19th noon, I requested a pickup in the morning or on 18th. eBay expressed their inability to do so and promised to pick up the item on my return on 11th August and also requested me to close the claim. I agreed in good faith.
Now they do not reply to my mail. Also they do not allow me to post a feedback on the sellers site.
These people are crooked, and all their guarantees are rubbish.
