Its digraceful that ebay has tied up with cheats as sellers. I had placed an order for US polo shoes. Once i recieved the product first thing i noticed was that the size was a problem and immediately requested for replacement. However, after observing the shoes properly i realised that the product was damaged !
Since then i have been follwoing up daily with the seller and the customer support team but they deny to resolve the issue, stating that my initial issue was related to size and i am changing statements. I have shared the shoe images as well with the team which clearly showed the damage, but they are unwilling to help.
I request someone to help me with the senior level grievance officer who can help resolve this issue as i want a replacement of the damaged shoes( that were sent) with brand new shoes for the price that i have paid.
I am attaching one of the photographs which shows the damage on the shoes.
