My paisapay id is ***. I received the product on 18.04.14. When i opened the box i found that usb charger cable was missing from box. I complained to ebay. My claim id is ***. After complain i have received a call from eBay offered me a 300 Rs coupon for compensation. I accepted. They closed my claim id and a email send as under -

We thank you for your precious time in helping us investigate the issue you faced with your purchase. We regret to inform you that after investigating the claim we are rejecting your eBay Guarantee* claim request. Click here for more information.

Action : Buyer cancelled his claim request - Claim Closed

But till date after 10 or more days i have not received any type of coupon from ebay. Kindly solve my problem.
