Tracking on PaisaPay Speed Post from India to US

I have been trying to track my purchase since May 2nd. Neither the PaisaPay ID number nor the Speed Post number finds my item. As far as I know it has not been shipped. The links to tracking given by ebay do not work. What is the matter here? Should I claim a refund?

You can track the parcel at www.usps.com,use the 11 digit speed post transaction number starting with EM and ending with IN (like EM*********IN). Put the number in the box, Track & Confirm and click on GO to track your item

my number does not start with EM it starts with ED while it does end with IN

Still trying my post number in US after 10 days and no item found either in US post or India. Something is wrong.

You purchased the item on 2nd May. This is just 13th May. What makes you so impatient. The item is shipped from USA and not from India, my friend. Please cultivate some patience.

It would take about 20 to 22 days to reach the item to you.

In the US when an item is shipped with a tracking number that item is online the next day with tracking information as to where it is. This item has never been online. I don't mind waiting as long as there is something to wait for. How do I know whether the seller has really shipped the item?

If it's Speed Post, it should not take 20-22 days. What is the date of dispatch as mentioned by the seller?

The item was supposed to have been shipped on 2 May, 2010
The PaisaPay ID is 26601816982 and the Speed Post ID is
ED503855792IN.

Hi,
I ship to an Australian buyer by speedpost. I have shipped several times on his purchases of my eBay India listings. The information starts appearing next day morning. Total it takes 5 days max to Victoria.
Ask your seller to complain to indiapost.
