I have used most of the e-commerce web sites, but this was the worst experience I have ever came across. You sell items on your web site but are not ready to take responsibility.
I had read about your so called paisa pay guarantee and trusting that, I have paid in advance for a phone which was described as brand new with manufacturer's warraty. But to my shock, it was imported (that too from CHINA). When I told about this to ebay people, they told me they cannot do any thing in this issue and they will not refund, and pay money to seller.
I had to spend a month behind this and shipped item back to seller on my expense and my risk. You people are biggest CONS behind a brand name and don't value your customers.
Customer service is worst, even local web portals give better customer service than you.
DON'T EVER BUY ON EBAY. (NOT ANYTHING WORTH MORE THAN 500)
