TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST NON-PAYMENT OF ITEMS FOR BUYERS

This is really sad when buyer doesn't pay for item.seller took efforts to list items. Its sad to wait for 7 days & u dont get payment for it. & the buyer doesnt pay for items & enjoy all his privileges as a buyer.And we seller have so many restriction. This is really unfair from sellers side. I request all sellers to think abt this. We also want strict action against non-payment for buyers. Ban or block the account for 7 days. we should also have negative feedback for buyers.

but something needs to be done..we are also eligible for some rights.as we are not doing anything for free..ebay should also think abt this.
