Still Waiting after 1 year for Add-on Free product

I had purchased a mobile one year ago and was supposed to receive a free bluetooth headset along with mobile. The free was to be sent by Ebay. But still waiting for the same. Had around 20 chats and 5 to 6 calls with ebay customer support, but they just know how to fool people...experts..

I doubt if any eBay staff visits these boards. They are Over-Active on Facebook group. Put your complaints there and they will look into it faster.
