Recently i bought an iPhone 5 64GB, where seller described it as new and free Tissot watch along with. I bought this one a massive discount of 49K total. Everything went fine till my payment and item delivery. ACTUAL DRAMA STARTS AFTERWARDS.
1) The phone sent by seller is water logged and used. though it has seller warranty, seller is not there to respond my calls for return.

2) Sent TISSOT watch is FAKE, it's not authentic as per TISSOT dealer.
I called eBay regarding this and post discussion withe them, i provided all proofs, including 3rd party appraisal of items. ebay didn't consider this and rejected my claim.
My claim no: 227998 and case no: 1-11600450908.
It's been re-opened twice, but claim department closing this without investigating the matter. according to them, sent items are as per description. BULL**bleep** !
I am just consulting everyone here, Can i go to consumer court with all proofs ? can i get justice there.
