Problem: Hold of selling activity, no proper response , no update.Pasiapay money stuck
My Sellers account was limited on 25.11.2011. I had mailed many many times to ebay , called and live chat also,

1st Mail sent on : 26.11.2011
Asking the reason.
2nd Mail sent on : 30.11.2011
3rd Live chat on : 1.12.2011
4th Called to Customer care : 5.12.2011 ( ref:1-2095127220)
on 6.12.2011 received 2 Emails stating
1. To check with Paypal
2. To complete KYC
5th mail KYC documents sent on : 7.12.2011
6th mail sent on 7.12.2011
7th Mail sent on 8.12.2011 resending KYC documents
8th Call to Customer supp. : 9.12.2011, 12.34pm was holded for 13 minutes, said its under maintenance
on 10.12.2011.
Received mail from pasipapay that KYC is completed.
But still on my Pasiapay section my remittance is on hold.
The summary :
I have not received replies of many mails which I sent.
Few mails asking for reason I got reply that PAYPAL HAS RAISED ISSUE ON YOUR SELLING ACCOUNT. PLEASE CONTACT PAYPAL.
I contacted Paypal :
And they clearly told me mentioning that there is no issue with your Paypal account nor Paypal has RAISED ANY ISSUE TO MY SELLING ACCOUNT.
I sent this mail to Ebay, I got reply asking me to re-check with paypal again
Then I forwarded the same mail of ebay to paypal , and then I got reply from paypal clearly once again that there is no ISSUE RAISED BY PAYPAL.
Then ( this is second time) I sent this mail of Paypal back to Ebay, but I don't get any reply.
It is very clear that Paypal has not raised any issue, nor I ever had any issue / dispute on my Paypal verified account .
I have completed my KYC process also now.
I have also sold successfully products to my buyers.
Buyers have confirmed products including High value products also.
Still
1. My selling has been suspended for NO REAL REASON PROVIDED.
2. MY REMITTANCE IS ON HOLD,
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT WRONG I HAVE DONE BUT IF I'M NOT ALLOWED TO SELL, I DO NOT MIND AT ALL, BUT AT-LEAST WHY BLOCK MY MONEY ?
BLOCKING MY MONEY FOR WHAT REASON ? HAVE I DONE ANY FRAUD HERE? HAVE ANY BUYERS OF MINE COMPLAINED ANYTHING ?
DOES MY EBAY PROFILE HAS ANY BAD IMPACT IN PAST ?
I need the money for the products I sold to my buyers and which I bought from my supplier whom I have to Pay.
Its really disturbing mind day by day, I'm not a big business man or anything. I enjoy serving people and its by hobby to sell .
I do have my Own life to look at. I'm also a human like you people, isn't this similar to fraud Ebay is doing by not reverting back properly? and holding sellers money? without providing any information ?
