Season Gift not yet received and no communication about it.

I purchased an item as part of the Season gift promotions. I haven't receieved the gift item yet. I tried to contact the customer care, it gets disconnected automatically after waiting for 10-15 minutes. The following is the PAISAPAY ID for the item : 32307501540

Please let me know when I can receive the item.

I got my one of gift as per your commitment of 45 days but till today I do not get any gift for second purchase I have made under ganesha gift (Item was transcend 500gb portable hdd). Sir even after more then 45 days I do not get any info regarding this. Its seems Ebay is cheating with me. Its break my previous trust of ebay. I am buying from ebay since last two year but this is the first time I feel service and commitment is not as per advertised. Please clear my pending issue as soon as possible as its already too late.

I got my gift item; though after a very long wait. The key is to contact the Customer care thru phone and request the timelines when the gift will be dispatched. Ebay kept the word about the date of dispatch of the gift item and I am now a delighted customer.
