Dear Madam / Sir ,
I have purchased a mobile phone ( Lenovo A6000 ) from your site ebay.in. Dated 05 /07 /2015 for Rs.7580 /- . Since i got the Mobile it make heats . After one month the heat became higher than before . Its battery backup not longer than 2 hours . I tried to contact tthe seller (Who mentioned in the order statement) by phone . But i didn't get him .Then i complained to the Lenovo service centre , they said " Its impossible to repair the complaint "( the heat ) . And suggested to replace the mobile . Then now the Media (Gallery) is not supported , and also SIM not accepted some times .
So , i want to replace my mobile immediately . Kindly take immediate and necessary action to replace it .
