I have purchased one power bank on 9.7.2017, Received that product at broken condition. Raised a claim on the same day. Ebay customer care advice me to send the product to the seller but i told them its not possible as i am out of station and requested them to arrange pick up from there end. Thay time they have arrang for the same but nobody has pickedup the product from my place and till today i have not get my money back almost after 22 days. Even seller is ready to refund. Also it has been mentioned in every where at the status of the cliam that i have to send the product to missguide me but the fact isthey should arrange the pickup. Can any body help.
