I had a complaint regarding the refund I bought an item in eBay on July 2016 but the item was not as described in description I called eBay they said to return the item to the seller I returned the item to the seller by courier as the eBay said on Sep 2016 .then I got a message from eBay (we received the message that the item reached the seller we will refund you in the form of dd within 10 to 15 days)but still now I didn't receive the refund almost 6month were over I called ebay customer care raised many complaints regarding this but there's no response from their side this is my last complaint id.
