I ordered products on 28/7/2016, it was delivered 7/8/2016. I returned it back to seller. I am struggling to get my refund via Ebay. I had purchase first time in ebay. I had opened a case in EBAY case reference number is 2218102 on 8/8/2016, which was supposed to be closed on 28/8/2016, but it is still open. I have been calling the customer service toll free but everytime I receive a same answer that I will receive a call from EBAY in next 48 hrs and the refund will be processed, I am disappointed with the EBAY that it is such a big company and the refund processes are so bad. it is not helping the customers. I have even uploaded the credit card statement for the proof of payment.
