I have received a non working phone and made a complaint to eBay guarantee after 5 days they sent a mail to return the product to the seller address I have sent the courier speedmanexpress and it has been delivered but eBay has rejected my claim because speedmanexpress doesn't provide online tracking not all courier would facilate the online tracking it should have been told earlier so I would have sent the product by some other courier I have also sent all proofs from the courier where the seller has signed to courier. I seriously not satisfied with the eBay and definitely not going to refer eBay to any not gong to give positive feedback my claim ID is 995335. Also they just told to deal with the seller I didn't bought in trust with seller but with eBay now both aren't really trustworthy because seller doesn't not answer the call ever
