To keep this simple, i'm trying to return a pair of shorts to superdry's ebay store because they're to small.
I recieved an email confirming that my request to return the item was accepted, so that's all good. However when I click 'Take action' i'm told;
'System not available
The information you requested is currently unavailable. Please try again at a later time.'
I recieved another email, this one simply saying:
'Dear echidna24,
The status of the return case for the following item has changed.'
It doesn't say how it's changed or what this means, but when I click 'See case details' I get the same error:
'System not available
The information you requested is currently unavailable. Please try again at a later time.'
So what exactly should I do at this point?
