This is in reference to paisapay id 36638517733 which was shiped via aramex courier 40491258323 using eaby powership.This was later marked as RTO by ebay and buyer was immediately refunded but later aramex courier delivered the consignment to buyer.
We have been emailing and calling ebay powership for resolution .On telephone we were told if the buyer doesn't pay via offline mode then we will be put under seller protection as it is not our fault at all.
Now the buyer is not paying....most of the times his phone is off and rest of the times he doesn't answer..also no replies to messages..he has got the item for free as payment has been refunded to him by you.
Now the ebay logistics team is also not taking responsibilty...even though they say case has been escalated nothin has been done and we are at loss of 4000..they can esily debit aramex courier but they are not.
Kindly put us under seller protection and make the payment to us ASAP as it is not our fault(PaisaPay ID 36638517733) ..its already be delayed by almost 2 months now(item shipped on 24 june 2014)
