Poor Ebay Customer care Service & Claim Department

i raised a claim on 29th sep 2013. claim id is ***.still i didnt get any update on my claim.i have been contacting customer care every day ,but they are not responding well.i really frustrated by the claim department, i sent more than 5 mails, but didnt get reply for not even one mail. whenever i call the customer support, i have to wait in line for more than 20mins, after attending my call, they simply saying your claim is processing.i need details on my claim ,when my money will be refunded?

 

Really a poor customer support from ebay.

 

when i tried to escalate to grievance officer ,the contact number filed is disabled, i am not able to escalate to grievance officer.
