Currently we are getting customer care executive calls to settle ebay guarantee claims, on sunday and holidays.
We have our personal life also and nobody is supposed to distrub on a non working day. Also on a holiday, you should not expect to provide all informations from sellers, since these informations require to check , emails from computer , ebay login etc.
When ebay executive is unable to contact on sunday due to mobile switch off, he approves the claim in favour of other party, which is not justified.
You may register a complain on sunday but how you can expect a solution from a business entity on non business day?
Please stop calling on sunday and national / registered holidays. Please respect seller's personal life by not distrubing them on sundays.
