PaisaPay Payment Rejected but NO REFUND YET !!

Hey, my friend from Bangladesh ordered Xperia Z1 phone :-

 on 11th July 2015 from my eBay account, balance was deducted from my friend's Payoneer (master card) account but still eBay told that payment is on hold and I need to send front/back copies of the card. So my friend even sent the photocopies of his card inc. my paisapay id and order id to paisapaydocs@ebay.com

And on 13th July, I got to know that my payment was rejected saying that I didn't sent any photocopies proof !!!

So I just wanted to know that will I get my REFUND automatically within 3-8 days as mentioned by eBay ??? or if not then when ???

I only want refund :D, please any staff help

you will not get the refund in 3-8 days . it will take at least 14-15 days. the same thing happened with me. if ebay rejects your payment, then money is not with ebay even if your passbook shows. it is at the bank gateway only. you will have to contact the bank several times, file a written complaint and then they will refund it to your account.

Ya that's right I faced same problem
