dear paisapay and ebay

please let me know who's responsibility is it

when a buyer makes a high value payment and sends the documents

1. who is responsible to check the status of the payment ( seller or buyer)
2. who is responsible to get the payment cleared ( seller or buyer)
who is responsible to communicate with the team of paispay and ebay while the payment is under process ( seller or buyer)

if it is the buyer ;
then how shall he communicate with the ebay and paisapay team other then the automated mail service

ebay please help

regards

PAISAPAY : who's responsibility is it?

I have been asking for phone support for PaisaPay buyer for over 2 years now.

Hope ebay looks into this seriously. Some of the revenue from listings fees may be used towards this.

i have paid using paisapay for item no. 230112682464. the seller says
he will send the product only after receiving payment from ebay, whereas his
payment is assured. it seems that he will abscond after receiving the money and
will not send the product to me. who will be responsible if this happens. i am
very very suspicious about the sellers behaviour.

In A Layman's Language The Responsibility Is Neither Of The Buyer Nor The Seller But The One Which Is Providing The Service And Charging A Fee For The Services Provided Needs To be More Responsive.. But Following Up Matter Is A Different Thing And I Do Not Think The Seller Has Any Role To Play Here .. As The Seller Is Not Aware Of Whats Going On Between Paisa Pay And Buyer ... Neither Are They Aware About The Mode Of Payment Used Nor Are They Aware If The Documents Are Submitted As Per Norms ... So Definitely It Is The Buyer Who Has To Follow Up If He Is In A Hurry. A Seller Has No Role Actually Here ... Even If He Wishes To Partcipate ... It Would Be Playing With Blind Cards 🙂 .... However A Seller Can Out Of Courtesy Try To Be Helpful As Far As Possible To The Buyer

Dear 99......,'

You paisapay payment is protected upto Rs.50,000/-, so you need not worry too much.

However I would be skeptical of buying a high value product (new Notebook PC) from a seller with zero ratings as a seller.
