Is there some kind of error in this New Listing Fees ?? Help

Hello

I was trying to list my item on Ebay India when this new fees has come into
effect.. My item price is -- 950 Rs. with quantity of 10 pcs. shipping charges
are -- 100 + 90(for the next item). Now the thing is when I am trying to list
this item it's showing fee of amount 3 Rs. It should be 1 Rs. and not 3 Rs. ..
According to the announcement -- if price of the item is <= 2,000 then fees will
be Rs. 1 . So why I am being charged as 3 Rs. for listing this item ?? I was
trying to list it in my Shop Inventory.. Please help.. as I am unable to list my
item because of this.

Hi Touchy,

Rs.950 x 10 (qty) = Rs.9500/=. Listing fee on starting price above Rs.2000/- and below Rs.10,000/- is Rs.3/-

If you had listed 11 qty., the starting price would have been Rs.10,450/- and the listing fee would have been Rs.5/-

Zor ka jhakta dheere se laga ;). I was relisting an item for which I had paid 2.25 paise till yesterday and today it gave me a figure of Rs.9/-. Howzat?. Phir apun adjustment karke usko Rs.3/- pe le ayaa.

vaise I don't have patience and gone through the whole announcement and came to
know what was wrong with the listing so I made it 2 quantities so that price
came to 1 Rs. Uff bahut soch soch kar listing karni padegi ab to. Hmm .. now my
only hope is ... that my items sell successfully otherwise I m gonnaaaa cryyy
harder........ I have seen so many sellers who are simply out of the site (boriya
bistar baandh ke gaayab) ..

Bhai ...yeh calculations hame bhi samjha do.

Earlier .... A listing with gallery and sub-title can cost you Rs.2.25

Yeh baat samajh mein aati hai.

But .... Rs.9 .... wali baat samajh mein nahi aayee.

With multiple quantity, even if your total exceed Rs.10,000 and you are using sub-title and gallery .... then also the listing should cost you Rs.7 and not Rs.9

Reducing the quantity to bring the Price to less than Rs.10,000 ...... the listing would definately cost Rs.3 .... but then you must have avoided using sub-title. .

You got it right earlier 100 qty with gallery plus and subtitile cost me Rs.2.25

Now Rs.5/- for insertion, Rs.2/- for subtitle and Rs.2/- for gallerhy plus came to Rs.9/-

So what I did was remove the subtitle, gallery plus option and reduced the qty, so that total value comes below Rs.10,000/-.

Hey Touchy,

Just one request. Please do not use such big fonts.

Even with glasses on my 12" Laptop screen I can see the smallest of fonts 😉

Is this font size also
large ?? I guess this is small right ? I noticed that my red one was quite large
so I reduced it .. Is this also large.. Very sorry if u had any kind of
inconvenience with my font size.. Do let me know if this one is ok .. or else I
will reduce this one too.

Your red and blue font colour and size looked as if you are shouting at eBay for increasing the fee. :^O

Myself also is calculating the fees before listing. eBay has given us lot of home work.
